Our Support Policy:
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 25 days after the estimated delivery date. If items are returned to the factory due to the wrong address you will be recharged for shipping fees.
We do not return items based on buyer’s remorse or sizing. Please make sure you get the right size for your items and if you are unsure of sizing to order a larger size. If a product is shipped defective you have 20 days total from when item is ordered to request a return. Thank you for your support to Wooden Nine.
